Founded by an Occupational Therapist and sister to a neurodivergent adult, Flourish creates the kind of community where adults with autism and intellectual disabilities can grow, connect, and live a life that’s genuinely their own.
We serve Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Lancaster counties through Pennsylvania’s Medicaid Waiver programs — with a philosophy rooted in lived experience, not just clinical training.
